Elevate your Plate

Backstory:

A bit of a throw back this one! I first made this recipe a few years ago for a club social and it was a big hit, so I’ve made it a few times since. This week, I’ve just been wanting to do something easy, and so nothing’s better than a tried and tested recipe that hits the spot!

• Sprinkle the chocolate chips when cookies are warm
• Don’t overbake the cookies

Recommendation and rating:

Overall, a great bake! I haven’t come across many who don’t like Oreos, so these are always going to go down well! A soft cookie, rich chocolate, and the crunchy, creamy Oreo on top offsets the texture. It’s not revolutionary by any means, but you could add different types of chocolate to it or you could completely change the flavour profile of the cookie. But to me, this is memorable delight and so it gets 4 stars!
